What we are doing...

Day 1

9:00 am	Meet at Metcalf Rock
9:15 am	Ice Breakers
10:00am	Intro to Rock Climbing - Learn the Knots and how to Belay and Spot
12:00pm	Lunch (Pack Your Own)
12:30 pm	Caving - You will be given a helmet with a head lamp and be guided through some amazing caves that fit people of all shapes and sizes.
3:30pm	Debrief the day . . .
4:00pm	Pack up and Head out.

Day 2

9:00 am	Meet at Free Spirit Tours Base in Heathcote
9:30 am	You may choose to canoe or kayak and get instruction while paddling the Epping to Heathcote section of the winding Beaver River.
12:00pm	Lunch back at the Base (Pack Your Own)
12:30 pm	Go on the next adventure - Hike Duncan Crevice and Caves
3:30pm	Meet back at Heathcote to debrief the camp.
4:00pm	Say our good - byes
