When we started Free Spirit Tours back in 1998, rock climbing was one of the main activities being offered. Throughout the years Free Spirit has expanded and we have added more activities such as caving. For me, I love both of these sports equally and get such a kick out of introducing them to people who have never tried them before.

But if you have done them before and want to be challenged - no worries - we can totally accomodate you! There is a huge variety of climbs and caves up at Metcalf Rock, so you will never get bored!

Rock Climbing Adventure

Join us for an ultimate day of rock climbing along the beautiful Niagara Escarpment. Professional instruction given in a relaxed and supportive setting - great for beginners!.

Caving Excursion

This is a half-day full of fun and excitement. We'll investigate some of the unique crevices and caves formed along the Escarpment. Don't worry.. no prior experience is necessary - we're there to guide you!
